2. How WorkSage uses cookies
WorkSage uses two categories of cookies on worksage.ai that we can confirm here:
Strictly necessary. Required for the service to work. These handle authentication and keep you signed in. They cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
Statistics. Used with Google Analytics to understand how visitors use worksage.ai. These cookies are set only after you consent through the cookie banner.

We do not use tracking pixels for session replay or device fingerprinting. We do not use cookies of any kind inside the WorkSage product at app.worksage.ai.
3. Managing your consent
When you first visit worksage.ai, a cookie banner asks whether you accept statistics cookies. You can accept, decline, or customise your choice at any time.
Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Statistics cookies are set only after you accept them through the banner. If you decline, Google Analytics does not set any cookies and does not track your visit.
To change your preferences at any time, click Manage cookies in the website footer, or clear cookies for worksage.ai in your browser and reload the page.
4. Cookies currently in use
The list below is generated automatically and reflects the current set of cookies used on worksage.ai. It updates whenever cookies are added or removed.
5. Browser storage
WorkSage uses local browser storage for functional purposes only, not for tracking. This data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties.
- Local storage — Your current authentication session, your last-opened workspace, and interface preferences such as canvas width and sidebar state.
- Session storage — Short-lived state such as multi-factor authentication challenge tokens and data passed between pages during a workflow.
- IndexedDB — Your push notification token, so we can deliver notifications you have enabled.
6. Third-party services on worksage.ai
worksage.ai loads some JavaScript libraries from public content delivery networks, including jsDelivr, unpkg, and Google's gstatic. These requests include your IP address as part of standard web traffic. No cookies are set by these providers.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies policy as WorkSage evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where required, will trigger a fresh consent request through the cookie banner.
