WorkSage uses a small number of trusted third-party service providers to deliver our platform. These providers, called subprocessors, may process some of your data on our behalf. This page lists our current subprocessors, what they do, and where they process data. It is updated whenever the list changes.
1. What is a subprocessor
A subprocessor is a third-party service that processes user data on WorkSage's behalf to deliver a specific function, such as running our cloud infrastructure, powering AI features, sending transactional email, or processing payments. All subprocessors are bound by data protection agreements that require them to handle data to the same standards WorkSage does.
2. Current subprocessors
The following third-party providers may process user data on WorkSage's behalf. Each provider is engaged for a specific purpose, and only receives the data necessary to perform that function.

3. AI model providers
WorkSage routes queries to a range of large language model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Moonshot AI, and xAI) depending on the task and the model you have selected. Only the context needed to answer a specific query is sent to the provider at the time of inference. AI providers do not retain your data for training purposes. No raw email content, message content, or other unprocessed connected-service data is persisted by AI providers. Data is passed at inference time and discarded.
4. Notifications of new subprocessors
When we add, remove, or change a subprocessor, this page is updated. Enterprise customers with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place will receive direct notification at least 30 days before any new subprocessor begins processing their data, giving you the opportunity to raise concerns.
To receive notifications of subprocessor changes, email support@worksage.ai and ask to be added to the subprocessor change notification list.
5. Data Processing Agreement
If you are an Enterprise customer or a business that requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), we have a standard DPA available. Email support@worksage.ai to request a copy.
6. Contact us
If you have questions about our subprocessors or how your data is processed, please contact us at support@worksage.ai.
