Team

Team workspaces give organizations shared memory across people, Spaces, meetings, and tools. They keep work visible without forcing every team member into every meeting or thread.

Team workspaces

A Team workspace is the shared layer for an organization. Members can work in personal Spaces, shared Spaces, or both, depending on what the workspace owner makes available.

+

Shared context

Decisions, commitments, and meeting context can be available to the people who need them.

+

Personal boundaries

Personal Spaces remain personal unless the workspace owner configures them as shared.

+

Organization memory

Teams keep a durable record of what happened, even when people change roles or leave.

Spaces in Teams

Team Spaces work like individual Spaces, with additions designed for shared work: workspace ownership, team-level integrations, shared calendars, and admin visibility.

+

Shared or personal

A Space can be private to one member or shared with the team members who should have access.

+

Team-level integrations

Connect CRM, knowledge base, calendar, and collaboration tools once for the shared Space.

+

Admin view

Workspace owners can review team usage, Space activity, integration status, and billing.

Teams Spaces can be shared or personal, and shared Spaces should be used for work that belongs to the organization rather than one person.

Member access

Access is controlled at the workspace and Space level. Add team members only to the Spaces they need, and use shared Spaces for projects, departments, or client work where multiple people need the same context.
